Enterprise: Move Product Description On Mobile

I would like to change the product page layout on mobile devices only.

I have “Description” hidden under the Product section, and have it instead in the Product Details section under the Tabs block. This layout works better for our products and options on desktop. However on mobile devices, this places the description below the variant picker, buy buttons, and related items. This isn’t ideal.

Can I set the Tabs block in the Product Details section to display in one position if it’s a mobile screen and to display in the current format on larger displays?

It looks like the specifications section has an error with a files metafield now though. See screenshot:
