Hi, @Taniya .
Thanks for reaching out and posting your question here.
Upon navigating to your storefront I was not able to replicate the issue you mentioned above. I was able to browse your storefront, policy pages, collections and product catalogue.
Could you advise more information on the following:
- When did the issue first start?
- What device/browser are you using?
- Have you adjusted your theme code or made any changes to your store’s settings?
- Have you recently installed any new apps?
While browsing your storefront I noticed you haven’t had a chance yet to upload a favicon image. A favicon is a tiny image that appears next to your store’s name in the web browser bar. This can help customers more easily recognize your brand/business when they type your URL in the web browser bar. We’ve included steps on how to upload a favicon in our help center resource.
I look forward to your reply!
Hello @Taniya ,

Is the issue fixed? I opened https://cosmosglobal.com.au/ in my browser and I’m able to see your website content.
It is always the best option to take a backup of the files you are modifying for any reason.
While scrolling through your store, I found if you make some changes your store will look better.
- Add a favicon to your store which is a small square image/logo that appears next to a web address. A favicon helps to strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website. See shopify help here.
- Display the store’s contact info like phone number, email address, and office address in the Contact Us page.
- You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
- Add a FAQ page to provide information on frequent questions or concerns
- Add more detailed product description in product pages. The product description should provide visitors with important information about the features and benefits of the product so they are motivated to buy.
- Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them. - Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
For getting more organic(free) conversions make sure your products are indexed on Google. 53% of eCommerce traffic is Search, far greater than Paid Ads & Social Media. As a Google partner, flareAI will help your products found on Google and other free channels. Once your product is found on Google, customers will keep finding your product day after day. I hope that the above list’s tips will help you solve your query
