I have a strange problem. I use Gogetters app with BigBuy as supplier. I have a e commerce package at Bigbuy and an API key. Production Key inserted in GoGetters.
When i make a test order the order is processed in Shopify correctly. However in Gogetters the order generates an “error 400” so the order is not sent to BigBuy.
Anyone has a clue what causing this ?
I already opened a support ticket but interested if anyone know this issue ?
Hounestly? I quit with GoGetters and BigBuy. Seems Bigbuy dont like GoGetters and creating errors out of the blue. And then try to force you to buy the Shopify Connector from Bigbuy instead. After many complaints the API as a wonder worked. No explanation however what was wrong. Tickets at Bigbuy are closed without any consent. Stay away from Bigbuy. Gogetters is ok but dropped it because i found another solution. But keep mailing support. It has nothing to do with Shopify error it is an error at the side of Bigbuy.
