We would need assistance for the below store.

Mapro store

When I tried placing a test order, I got the following message.

Kindly help me understand why it is showing so?

When we are trying to place the order at our development store. The test payment gateway is enabled. Still, orders are going into the draft stage.

I am attaching a screenshot of the same. Kindly check.

There could be a few different reasons for this behaviour. However, we’d need more information and may require some admin troubleshooting to resolve the issue.
