Error code 403 when calling Shopify api

Hello,

Our app is getting customer store data using Shopify AP, recently some stores when calling to API returned error code 403. The customer confirmed not updating the permissions and the app side doesn’t do that either. They have to uninstall the app and reinstall the app for the API to work properly. Please help me check this problem, this is x-request-id with error 403: 529a3b8a-4025-46f3-bb03-5ecf3e4e7cb4
