I’m trying to set up our FB Sales Channel but am getting an error that our FB and IG assets are already connected to another shop and that I have to disable them to proceed. I have no idea what this is talking about and our social accounts are not connected to any other shop. Has anyone else run across this error and successfully figured out what to do to get connected? Thank you!
