Hello, I finally got my commerce account approved by Facebook last week and have been working to connect everything to my Shopify site. My products are connected but when I try to connect to the Facebook Sales Channel, I get the following error: " It looks like your commerce account already exists on Facebook. We need to create a new account with your Shopify information and products to get you setup for selling. "
My only option is to click “Replace Commerce Account”, which then states “We will delete your existing Commerce Account and replace it with a new one with your Shopify information and products.”
It took me months to get my facebook commerce account approved. The last thing I want to do is delete this now. Can anyone help me with this issue?
