Hi, a customer is subscribed on our email list with her correct email (checked and verified) and its not sending to her. Her order confirmations are not going through and its coming up with an error “Email address doesn’t exist”. We’ve tried deleting and re-adding it to her profile but it still doesn’t go through. Is there some way to fix this so that we can contact this customer through Shopify site and send her marketing emails?
It used to be SO EASY to get in contact with a real Shopify support person. Now it is near impossible.
