I have seen this problem shared in this community before but I am re-sharing just the same since we encountered this just recently. We have followed all the troubleshooting steps shared in this link: https://community.shopify.com/c/blog/facebook-a-problem-with-facebook-prevented-your-activity-from/ba-p/1250061#M61127 among many others and our attempts to republish the ad since January 25, 2022 is still not successful.
Anyone who might have encountered the same recently? Need a solution as feedback from both Shopify and Facebook online support have not been helpful. Thanks.
