I downloaded the sample template for importing contacts (customers), but with ONLY adding the contact info, not removing or changing the layout, I get an error “A header wasn’t accepted: Headers must match the list of accepted words.” How am I getting that using the sample Shopify provided??

The file type (.png) is not supported. Valid file types are: mpp, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, csv, mp4.
