Got it, in this case you will want to connect with your payment gateway provider and confirm that your account with them is setup properly. Shopify can only directly support and troubleshoot most issues with Shopify Payments gateway.

From what I can see in the screenshot it appears to be a checkout page that is not powered by Shopify. So the only things I can recommend is to confirm the status of your account with the gateway and try disconnecting and reconnecting it with your Shopify store.
