Error loading the website ( www.halabh.com )

Since past few weeks we are seeing below error:

There was a problem loading this website

Try refreshing the page.

If the site still doesn’t load, please try again in a few minutes.

We have tried troubleshoot at our end and seems like the Shopify server is not responding.

This error is increased in past few days and impacting our business significantly.

Request you to kindly look into this on priority and help us with the resolution.

I visited your website at www.halabh.com, and the store loads without issues on my end. I tested both on desktop and mobile devices.

This could indicate that the issue is local to your network or device. Please make sure you first clear your browser’s cache and then try again. If that doesn’t work, restart your internet connection or, if possible, test on a different one.

Finally, try to access your website from a different device. If you don’t have a secondary device at hand, you could see some friends test it for you.

Thank you for your kind response.

Our website is not completely down. It does not happens always. Sometimes it loads and sometimes it does not.

We are receiving complains from the customers too. And we can’t just tell everyone to clear the cache or change the browser.

It’s costing us huge. Most of the time if you try to load it in incognito window it happens.
