Our clients tried to access our website via a Google Search.
When they clicked the “website” icon, they received error messages.
One said, “Your connection is not private. Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.survivorwellness.org…NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID”(via Google Chrome)
Another said “Safari can’t open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server.”
Our domain is registered through Google, and is current.
Our website has been in existence for over two years.
Any tips?

I may have fixed it. It was pointed out that our website address was listed as “http” rather than “https”. Will see it that works.

The error message “NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID” typically occurs when the common name (CN) on the SSL/TLS certificate being used by a website does not match the domain name you are trying to access. This mismatch can happen due to various reasons, such as an incorrect certificate installation or a misconfiguration.
However, when accessing your website through Google and by entering the domain name in a different browser/web browser bar, I’m unable to replicate the issue your customers are experiencing. It looks as though the issue may have been resolved.
If you continue to experience issues on your end I recommend contacting our support team via the Shopify Help Center so we can troubleshoot further.
