help, I can not create a custom email automation. i receive error message

It appears to be App related, I tried to access another pre made template and received the same message, i cleared my Cache, used another platform (Ipad) and still receive the errors
Yea I think it is app related I’ve tried multiple browsers and am having the same issue. We should file a support ticket. Is there a place to do that or email shopify? I think it’s a server issue on their end.

I understand what you wanted to achieve, that will be great since you can use the email app and Shopify flow to set up event triggers.
This 2 free apps created by Shopify will be very useful for you.
I will also send a feature request to our developers and have them review your request for our future updates.
so basically they experienced the same issue, they have sent a request to developers, there work around was either use another email app service or try using shopify flow
