Error message on "Information Page" for clients to checkout their order

Our store is setup and payment integration is done with Paypal. Our clients however can’t seem to proceed to purchase their order.

Once they checkout and must complete their information, the below error appears at the top of the screen and they can’t proceed with payment. What are we missing?

Hi, did you double-check in your Payment settings that you got the status “active” for PayPal?

Jip. It is active.
