Error Message: "There’s a problem loading this page" - Permission Issue

Hello Shopify Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am encountering an issue while trying to access Shopify with collaboration access granted by a client. I am seeking assistance in resolving this problem.

Upon attempting to log in, I receive the following error message:

“There’s a problem loading this page”

In addition, the error states:

“Your account (s123@gmail.com) doesn’t have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page.”

To provide you with more context, I have attached a screenshot of the error message for reference.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone from the Shopify community could guide me in resolving this issue. I am unable to proceed with the task of uploading products due to this permission-related error.

Nope! I am completely migrating to another provider.

What was their reply ? What was the cause of the problem?

Did they mentioned that it could have been uploaded themes?
