I have created and sent out many draft orders and had customers pay without issue. I sent out a draft order beginning of September, but the customer hasn’t paid yet.
I attempted to resend the draft order again to prompt the customer to pay their invoice again. However, when I try to send, I get the error “There is 1 error with this invoice. Invoice can’t be sent from . Verify this email address and try again.”
I have tried to do this from multiple devices, some I’ve never done Shopify from, yet I still get the same message.
I did not changed my email address prior to this and as mentioned above have previously had no issue.
Thoughts?

I had this issue happen to me last night and although I’ve never done a draft order like this, my account says the email address is verified. I didn’t try to delete and re-create the draft order yet but just wanted to see if there was a resolution for you if you tried that!
Just got off with support! Under your shopify home page, go down to Settings (bottom left) and then select Notifications. There is a box for Sender Email that likely shows that your email needs to be reverified. Per support they do this every so often to make sure that email is still good. It works now
