Error message when linking to a collection

Hi,

I hope you can help me. I’m making a Shopify website and when I try to link from my homepage to a collection I keep getting the error message: “Sorry, an error occured. Please reload the page.”

I allready deleted cookies and cashe and I tried an other browser and device.

Collections are also not visible on the homepage with “Best selling styles” or “Man” or “Women”

It looks like the product page is not working because it shows 0 items. I don’t know how I can access the product page because I use a standard theme. Hope I made myself clear, and anybody can help me, otherwise just ask! Thank you in advance!

Have you ensured that the collection you’re linking to is published? If it is not, go to the Collections section of your Shopify admin dashboard and make sure that the collection is listed as published.

@flareAI I tried an other theme and it was still not working. I asked the maker of the theme for help now and hope they can help me. Otherwise I will check in again. Thanks!
