Error: Schema tags not working with Sublime 3, also invalid JSON tag

I’m trying to build a new theme from scratch, and I am constantly getting the “Invalid JSON Tag: Schema” error. I’ve tried using JSON Formatting sites and even adding the code straight into the Shopify Admin code editor. Nothing is working. When I use Sublime 3, it doesn’t even recognize/colorize the Schema tag.

Got past the error, but now it’s not displaying the changes I’ve made when I go to customize my site.
I’m trying to change the “Header” option to “Main Menu”
