Error: Shop briefly renders desktop version on mobile before rendering mobile version

hi everybody, so when opening my store on mobile it first renders the desktop version for a second and then displays the mobile version. this causes some apps to perform poorly.

I found out that upon disabling a particular app called Helpdesk from Willdesk like in the picture underneath, the desktop version is rendered but this time does not change back to mobile.

I have no clue what I should do, I tried disabling some custom code snippets that have been added lately and I disabled and enabled all apps as described above, but nothing worked. The store still renders desktop on mobile first.

Anybody have an idea where I can look for the source of this problem and how?

Hey @ManuelH ,

App source code is hidden and you cannot modify it. If the issue is caused by an app you have to ask the app developer to fix it. But just in case, please share the link to your store. Thanks!

Hey got it fixed thanks. The app dev had some class hidden for some reason which caused the issue.
