ERROR: Unable to display color schemes. [HEADER + FOOTER]

THEME IS DAWN

It’s happened every time i even install another one

Good afternoon,

i hope all is well.

My Header and footer has became transparent (altho black text still shows)

• in theme editor this message appears when i go to color under ‘Header’

please help
