Error when trying to set up Shopify POS app and chip reader: Status Code 403

I purchased the X2 reader from Shopify (sorry I forgot the proper name but it’s the latest version with the chip reader and tap to pay feature). I tried to log in to the Shopify POS on our new iPad and my iPhone 12 so we can take orders in person but I received the error below on both devices.

I made sure our Location was accurate but I’m not sure why I’m getting the error as it’s not very descriptive. I’m assuming there’s something wrong with my settings. Any help would be appreciated.

Side Note… I could not get the device to paid with my devices either. I put the reader in pair mode but it never popped up on the Bluetooth device list.

I can’t seem to edit my post but the reader I’m trying to connect is the Chipper 2X BT card reader.
