Estimate blog reading time bar - how to remove it or move it

I’m creating a blog artcle which is a sort of guide which talks about the origin of the rug i’m selling therefore is quite a long article.

I would like to know how to remove or move at the bottom of the page the estimated reading time bar. Is very annoying to have it in the middle of the page.
