- Are you only having troubles opening the application? Are you having any other issues related to the app at all?
- Are you getting any sort of error messages, or stuck loading screens, when trying to open the app? If possible, a screenshot of what you see when trying to access the app would be super helpful.
It’s likely that you can’t access the application due to a cache and cookies issue with your internet browser. This is pretty common, and has been known to cause application loading issues at times. I recommend clearing the cache and cookies of your browser you’re using when trying to load the app, and then try to load the app again. Additionally, try logging into your Shopify Admin from a different browser, and then try to launch the app. If it works, we know that the issue is browser based.
