We are having issues with Shopify’s shipping charges to our customers. The price the customer is charged does not match the price we pay to ship. For example, Shopify charged 10.18 for a 6lb box to ship from PA to TX, and it actually cost us 12.81. When we did a test for a 9lb box, it showed the same 10.18 charge. Is there a way to get more accurate rates shown to the customer?
