Issue: Attempt to organize a Shopify navigation (Expanse theme mega menu) by alphabetized groups fails when creating a second-level nest. The user wants to place a subcategory (“ACROPASS”) under a parent group (“A–E”).
Behavior: When dragging the subcategory beneath the parent, the UI underline turns gray and the item won’t indent (i.e., won’t become a child/second-level item). A screenshot is provided to illustrate the drag-and-drop state.
