Hi,

May I know for the section “Ask a question” with Expanse Theme (Product Page), when the user submit a question… where is directed?
Which part of shopify will receive those tickets?

Unfortunately there’s no simple solution for this. It would need customization in your product templete file.

Hi

Which customization is needed for the product template file?
Could you provide the code ?

When expanse trial showed that feature, it seems included. I’m surprised is
not included because is a paid theme
