Expected time for account verification problems to be resolved

I am having problems getting my business and address verified with Shopify payments, I think because I originally used my name of Sandy but documents are in the name of Sandra.

My question is how long this process is likely to take once Im in a queue and have received this response…“your concern has already been escalated to our internal team who are responsible for resolving such issues”.
