Hi, has anyone ever had this error on the site as a black sidebar in the mobile version?

I’ve taken a look at your video and it appears that the dark sidebar that appears is highlighting the currency drop down menu at the bottom left corner. Which application are you using for the currency converter? It’s possible that it is affecting your theme.
Can you try downloading one of our free themes (Online Store > Themes > Free Themes) and scroll down on the mobile version to see if the side bar appears? If it doesn’t appear on an untouched theme, that means the issue is likely with the theme you’re using on your live store. Apps often can alter the code of the theme so it’s likely the currency app is doing something it shouldn’t.
