Experiencing changes in capital offers from ecommerce platforms?

Same here! First they changed their payoff requirement to be at 50% in order to receive new offers, so I was super excited to get another one to stock up for the holidays. Now I’m at 80% and nothing is happening. I saw a few responses in the past from Shopify admins to contact support so they can forward requests to Shopify Capital team, but when I do, they just tell me this standard response, which to me translates to “don’t call us, we’ll call you.” Very disappointing!
