Welcome to Shopify Community. My name is Olivia and I work here.
I’d love to help you sort this out today. Shopify relies on Google’s APIS to determine geocodes (geographical coordinates) and pull accurate locations. Essentially, when Google can geocode an address, we can in turn deem it verified. With that being said, if Google cannot or has not been able to geocode your address, we will be unable to verify it.
Review and modify your location’s address to make sure it’s accurate or fix an address using Google Maps.
In regions where postal/zip codes are supported, you can alternatively set a delivery area using our help guide.
If your location is in a region that doesn’t use postal codes, then you can set your delivery area using a distance radius.
