I have the same issue on two different computers.
I copy from a word document, go to shopify product description to paste and nothing shows up
having same problem with my store.
I was having the same problem trying to copy and paste from what I had written out in Microsoft word into the description and I’m not about to sit there with each product of mine that I post and write it all out over and over again! BUT I figured it out and if I went into word, selected everything I wrote, copied it, go into shopify description box, hold ctrl and V it worked!!!
