Is anyone having payment issues this afternoon? Customers trying to pay by card on site and not going through and also in back ??

As per our Shopify Store Status page, we haven’t received any reports of buyers being unable to check out online.

Could you share a bit more details about the payment issue you’re experiencing such as:

  • What payment method are customers using at checkout?
  • Is this affecting all customers?
  • What error messages are customers receiving?
  • Please share your store URL.
  • Have you checked the Orders > Abandoned checkouts section for any error messages? You’re able to view the payment events from an abandoned checkout by selecting an abandoned checkout and scrolling to History. We have more information in our recovering abandoned checkouts resource.
  • Are you able to replicate the payment issue?
