I’m a wholesaler on Shopify Collective supplier. I would like to request the following features:
export all my retailers information (website, contact name, email) that have signed up.
be able to email all retailers all at once through messages.
modify return policy, rather than the default Shopify return policy.
Is this possible?
Hey there! Since Shopify Collective is still pretty new, the bulk features you’re looking for arent built in just yet,right now there isn’t an export button or a mass messaging tool you will just need to manually grab their contact info from your Connected Retailers tab and use your own email setup to reach out to everyone , regarding the return policy, the retailer is actually the one who configures that in their app settings not the supplier, If you have custom return rules u will need to chat with your retailers directly so they can honor your specific terms or you can make a custom app
