Export / Import Products. Sync issue with DSER showing 0 in stock

Topic summary

A user is experiencing inventory synchronization problems when transferring products between two Shopify stores on the same account using export/import functionality.

The Issue:

  • Products pushed directly from DSERS to a store display correct inventory tracking
  • Products exported from Store A and imported to Store B show “0 in stock” despite correct mapping in DSERS
  • DSERS platform shows accurate inventory counts, but these fail to sync with the Shopify store

Current Status:

  • The user has confirmed proper mapping configuration on the DSERS side
  • An attached screenshot illustrates the stock discrepancy
  • No solution or responses have been provided yet

The discussion remains open with the core question unanswered: what causes the sync failure specifically with exported/imported products versus directly pushed ones?

Having an issue with products I’m taking from another store on the same account and exporting / importing products to a new store.

What am I missing? When I push the same product from DSERs directly I have no issues with the inventory being tracked. Everything shows up correctly.

But when I use the info I exported from website A and imported to website B I’m having issues with the stock syncing up.

I’ve mapped everything correctly on the DSERS side. The inventory shows correctly on the DSER website but, it doesn’t want to sync up to my shopify store.

I’ve attached an image of the issue at hand.
