export orders/products emails aren't in my inbox

Hi There

I have tried to export Products and Orders and the cvs/excel files aren’t arriving to my email address.

The number of products/orders are all less than 50 items. I have checked the spam/junk. i don’t think the files are sent via Export function. i.e. bug

Could you please look into this issue?

Consider sending an email to Shopify’s support, maybe they could look into email delivery logs.
