Looking to export my entire customer list with a date and time.
Facebook will not accept my data with out a timestamp / date / time on it. Is there anyone who has found a solution to this?
You should be able to get there using Shopify analytics. Go to Analytics/Reports/Customers By Location. You can change the date range to get all of your customers, then add Customer Name, email and id. Then you can add the Time/Hour column which will get you close to a true timestamp.
If this doesn’t work for you, most of the standard reporting apps can get you exactly what you need. We have one called Report Toaster which you could use for free to do this.

If i got your request right, you can do this using Exportier - Data Export app.
You need to select Customers and pick the relevant fields (Created at - exact date/time when this record was created). You can also export the marketing consent mark, which is often needed for the aside ads services. please see the screenshot:
