I have a school group that I have an order for and need to submit. When I export the details to be viewed, the details such as the style and size do not appear. I only see their contact information (name, address, etc.). When I go back to the individuals order, I can then see the size and style they are ordering. I have not had this happen before so I am not sure where to turn.
