Express checkout disabled but if i delet my History is enable

Hello guys i have the Theme “Dawn”.

If i set a product in my shopping cart and klick the button “Safe Checkout”

in the end is the express checkout active (Look the picture 1)

When I repeat the process, Express Checkout is disabled.

But if i delete history/Cache then is the checkout activ.

I use this Codes :

main-cart-footer.liquid:

under the button

Dynamic Checkout i deactivated in the settings because i found no code.

Can someone help me?
