Express theme increase description line, increase image resolution/size [how to edit code]

Hello,

I would like to increase the description line amount. Currently 2 lines, I’d like 4. (for both mobile and desktop)

I would like to increase the image size. I achieved this for only desktop and the resolution is still low. I would like a larger image, higher resolution for both desktop and mobile.
