We request an extension of the limit of 1000 variants per day, because we are paying a plan for more Staff and each member is not managing their time in the best way, it does not make sense to pay a Shopify Plus plan for $2000 USD per month when the Staff is of only 4 people, we demand an extension of the limit of variants per day. It does not matter if there are merchants who do dropshipping or print on demand, we should all have the same rights because we are paying a subscription for the services of this platform. They are supposed to solve problems for customers and not limit variants if this helps merchants sell more, create barriers that stunt business growth, it’s bad practice in disguise they are using to force you to use the plans more expensive for companies that are starting. This is a message from the agents in the Shopify chat: "The reason Shopify put limits on this is for platform stability, Shopify wanted to make sure we want merchants to focus on selling their existing products/variants instead of continually importing new products that don’t sell. It is wrong, Shopify cannot assume that the new products that are uploaded will not be sold. On the contrary, the more products that are uploaded, the more chances merchants have to get a winning product in a crowded market. We hope this issue is fixed as soon as possible, it’s frustrating to run into barriers imposed by your own “Shopify” partner.
