Hi just wondering if anyone could help… We have recently started using the Bold Subscription Service app. Now when customers log into their account on our website we have “my account” tab on the menu - linking to their login details, and also an additional menu tab that has appeared “account/” which does not link to anything and clutters our menu. We really want this extra tab “account/” removed. If anyone has had the same problem or knows how we can remove this feature please would be much appreciated! Thank you
The extra tab could be hidden simply. If that is not relevant to you, a suitable approach is to hide it. If you can share the URL of your store and make a test account, I can login to your store as customer and then give you the solution for it
