Facebook Ad permanent restriction and Google Ad not supporting the currency

Hi,

I recently started a shoify page, www,heimweve.com, connected it with Facebook, but after the initial successful posting of AD my ADs got rejected for the reason still unknown to me, i have tried many times to approach FB but no response. I really dont want to lose this name incase I have to built a new page.

I need advice of how to go about it.should I go to an expert? If yes, is there any expert who is willing to help. Any leads to an expert? your all support would matter a lot as its just a start and pause at this stage has literally hit me back quiet hard

Facebook always indicates the reason why your ads were rejected. Just fix these errors and send the advertising creatives for re-checking.

I didnt get any specific reason they just routed to their general instructions of Ad policies, we dont even have facility of live chat with FB. Any thing else that I should be doing as I really dont want to loose my page coz all the branding has been done accordingly.
