Facebook ad set up conversation under adset

I have one quick question, when I choose my pixel and conversation event under adset it says set up a conversation? What does that mean? I already set up my events like purchase and add to cart and view content. Can someone please help

when I click on set up on conversation I get those options on the picture

@Jamie1939 , the suggestion with that error is that you haven’t set up conversion events for that pixel “My Pixel”. Do you happen to have two pixels associated with the ad account?

Jump into the events manager and check that the conversion events for that particular pixel are firing correctly for you.

It could be worth checking that the numeric id of the pixel matches what’s in Facebook and what’s on your website.

I have two pixels associated with the account but I have set up purchase and it’s tracking but do you also know why it’s only tracking browser and not iPhone and iso products

Less than 25 % of iPhone/Apple sessions are tracked since the iOS 14.5 privacy updates starting back in April 2021. Don’t expect much from there I’m afraid.

You should only use one pixel and make sure you have verified your site with Facebook.

When you go to your Events Manager, can you see this type of information for the pixel that you are using on your website?

yeah I see all the event that I have chosen but I am just testing myself right know and not running ads. I purchased from my site on browner to see if event manager did register and it did successfully but I also purchased from iPhone and it didn’t register

But Facebook said today that I should wait 72hours before running ads effectively on ISO after I edited events, did you experience that also?

72 hours seems like a long time to wait… I suspect they are giving you the longest time possible and you should see events firing with at least 24 hours.

Yeah I see events firing also but not iPhone. When I run test order from my computer it register but not when I order from my iPhone to see if the event is registered

should I find the similar information/events like the picture you sent me under aggregated event measurement? Or can you send me where I can see the information like your picture on my event manager thank very much

The steps to get there are as follows:

  1. In Ads Manager, click on All Tools, then Events Manager

  1. From this page you will see lots of things, including alerts for issues or tasks still to be compeleted

If you click on Data Sources in the left nav

  1. Select the relevant pixel from the list

And now you should be seeing lots of data, if it is installed correctly.

If you’re seeing no data, then you’ve chosen the wrong pixel or it is not installed correctly.

From looking at your screenshot, it seems that this is the case.

Install the Facebook Pixel Helper extension in your Chrome browser and this will show you which pixel is installed on your store and if it is firing the right events.

Yeah i see a alot of data that shows what is happening in my site so it should be right
