I have set up my shopify site www.bear-tees.com for like 2 weeks. I have facebook pixel installed. 5 days ago I started fb ads. My shop is about t-shirts and hoodies. I tried carousel, collections, experimented with many things. I have 0 purchases so far. Initially I tried with purchase conversion and the ad performed terribly. Then I tried with landing pages and ad to cart conversion and I had many visits to my page and interactions but again 0 purchases. I have spent more than 100$ and no purchases. It is super puzzling. And I have had ovver 600 web store sessions. Any recommendations?
My second question is the following: facebook ad says I had 17 add to cart events but when I go to shopify and abanadoned carts I have only 1 event. My pixel is working fine and I see no issues. Please help me cause I believe my site is looking great, it has great products, a lot of people are liking my fb page, interacting with the site but 0 purchases. Any help will be of enormous appreciation. Thank you!
