Facebook and Instagram app synced products error

When I go to Facebook and Instagram app through my Shopify store and click on all synced product, everything looks fine they are all synced no issues

but when I click on one of them, it’s po up a message that something went wrong, but there are no issues with the syncing and I can’t understand why it is like that. Can someone help?

Hi @Geckata

If the products are properly synced on Shopify side but on showing Facebook, the issue might be coming directly in Facebook application. I highly suggest that you reach out to Facebook support so, they can further check your account with them.
