While the app’s widget already shows on the storefront, it still cannot be seen on the theme editor

we want to add facebook wid get in our theme extension.but cant show this chatbox in our theme editor .shopify has been removed our app bcz of didn’t show in theme editor.

I appreciate you providing that extra context. To set some expectations, Shopify Support staff are not trained in coding or app development, so I’m unable to advise on what specific steps you need to take in order to have your app appear within the theme editor in that specific spot.
With that being said, it’s likely that other Shopify Developers can assist you with this request. I’m going to move this post to a more appropriate board, and unmark my original reply as a solution, so that way you can get the help you need with this issue.
