Hello! Did you do anything in particular when setting up your page and connecting it to shopify?

I just followed the steps and it gave me an error message saying your commerce page wasn’t approved. But before tht error I had another error saying I had a commerce pg is already connected n couldn’t add another one but tht was resolved. Going on two months of waiting. Ridiculous.

me too. I have been trying for weeks. Just a disaster. Any help send you down a rabbit hole of clicks to other pages that just end nowhere. Google too. What a disaster.

It didn’t get published yet. I just clicked on the link where it said to contact fb support. Still in limbo with store.

Exact same issue, no response from facebook. Just a vague account reviewed with no explanation as to why.
