Today i finally solved and approved my client facebook shop having exactly same issues. It’s not your shopify problem. It is happen inside your Commerce manager. Some of your products are rejected, that’s why your Commerce manager is disapproved.

I deleted the product that was rejected awhile back and still nothing.

How many of your product are approved. After delete all of rejected product then apply for review your rejected Commerce account again.

How long did it take for the issue to get resolved in your experience?

Still not resolved. Going on two months now

5 months and counting. Every single one of my products are allowed. I can tag products on my posts.. But the “commerce account” isn’t approved. It’s a [email removed] And I’m pretty sure it’ll never be fixed.

What happens if my commerce account is not approved? Can I still do fb ads except i cant analyze the stats coz there is no fb pixel? All my products are approved. Help!
