Hey, thanks for sharing we have had the exact same issue. Not being able to get the commerce account approved, although it says that it’s linked on Shopify. It says I need to replace my commerce account but when I click “replace account” it’s loads but then says “failed to replace account”. We have been struggling with this for weeks and Facebook support has told us to just give them time to approve the account but it seems like that has lost hope. My business partner has suggested just deleting our entire Facebook page and starting from scratch. I am not sure how to feel about this because we have already linked our shop with the IG account and with our Facebook pixel so I am not sure how to navigate this issue.
